Dear Mr. Saenz,

I am writing to follow up with you after our phone call to you to announce that Antonian College Preparatory High School has earned a place on the Catholic High School Honor Roll’s Top 50 list for 2007.  As a reminder, please keep this information confidential until the public announcement on Wednesday, October 17th.

This is a great honor and I am happy to extend my words of congratulations to you.  Shortly I will follow up with you regarding additional benefits you have earned, including curricular materials, fundraising information, and privileged access to continuing education conferences.

Inclusion on the Honor Roll indicates Antonian College Preparatory High School has achieved outstanding success in each of the disciplines examined.  Congratulations again on well-deserved recognition.

May God continue to bless all your efforts in the service of Catholic education.

God bless,

Dear Mr. Saenz,

I hope your school year has started well.

I am writing to inform you that the Catholic High School Honor Roll was announced this morning.  To see the top 50 list and the category leader lists, visit www.chshonor.org.  There you will also be able to see new information, including an expanded FAQ, press talking points, and scoring methods.

In honoring the 50 best Catholic high schools across the country, we hope that all Catholic schools look to these successful schools and imitate them.  Honoring only 50 schools should not to diminish the fact that the Honor Roll is meant to be a resource for all Catholic schools.  Because Catholic schools share the same educational calling, it makes sense to learn from one another and constantly search for ways to improve and better form students in the Catholic faith.

As promised during the application period this past spring, all schools that completed each survey will receive an evaluation to help foster improvement.  These evaluations will be mailed shortly; if after several weeks your school has not received its evaluation, please contact me.  Again, we intend to be a resource for the improvement of all Catholic schools, whether or not they place on the top 50 list.

Thank you again for the time and effort put into completing this year’s survey. I look forward to remaining in touch with you in the future.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

May God continue to bless your work in the service of Catholic education,

Anthony Pienta, Manager
